Terms of service
The owner of the online store gncare.eu (hereinafter the Online Store) is LUVIA OÜ (registry code 16959377), located in Aarna, Põlvamaa, Estonia.
VALIDITY OF THE SALES CONTRACT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
These terms apply when purchasing products from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The prices do not include the delivery fee, which is added at checkout. All prices are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Information about the products is provided in the Online Store next to each product.
PLACING AN ORDER
To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required information fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed, and payment can be made securely using the following methods:
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
Payments are processed securely through the Online Store environment. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card information. The contract becomes effective once the payment is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered product due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered within Estonia. For international orders, please contact our customer support at info@gncare.eu to agree on a suitable delivery option.
The buyer can choose from the following delivery methods:
- SmartPosti
Delivery costs are covered by the buyer and are displayed next to the selected delivery method.
Deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5–10 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. For international deliveries, the delivery period is up to 25 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
The 14-day return policy does not apply to opened products. Returned products must be in their original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
To return goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal request in free form via email to info@gncare.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the returned product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of goods if the product price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
DIRECT MARKETING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data is transferred to logistics companies only for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has explicitly requested this by entering their email address on the website and indicating their consent to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by email to info@gncare.eu.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information about the procedure and how to submit a complaint can be found here. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between buyers and the Online Store. The procedure is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer may also contact the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
